• Warranty Terms and Conditions are set with the main objective to offer an adequate after sales service to Cattlekit Customers.
  • Our machines are available with different duration of manufacturer warranty as provided by the manufactuers, for example all Melasty machines come with 2 years manufacturer warranty and all Celikel Machines come with 18 months warranty.
  • Cattlekit warranty cover is referred to parts which are faulty and the labour required to replace and/or to repair these.
  • Warrantable repairs shall be carried out by Cattlekit staff or any technician appointed by Cattlekit. The end-user shall deliver the machine at his own expenses to the repairing workshop if needed. Any transportation or related costs for the delivery of replacement parts shall be charged to the end-user.
  • Any part repaired or replaced and any repair falling under this warranty will be guaranteed for a period not exceeding the balance of the original warranty period.
  • Parts subject to normal wear (i.e. blades, tines, spades, hammers, knives, bolts, nuts, gaskets, pins, PTO shafts, oil, grease, skids, paint etc.) are not covered by warranty even when replaced on the occasion of a warrantable repair.
  • The time required to replace or to repair the claimed faulty parts will have to be agreed by Cattlekit After Sales Service dept.
  • The warranty will be considered void if: any factory adjustments are removed or altered, or the machine is repaired, disassembled, modified in any way, altered by non-authorized personnel, or non Cattlekit original parts are used, or the machine maintenance is neglected according to Cattlekit recommendations as shown in the service and maintenance book supplied together with each machine, or the machine is operated in a negligent manner, or the machine defect is consequential of incorrect connection to a tractor, or the machine was worked with a tractor that exceeded the recommended power requirements, or the machine defect is consequential to parts damaged during normal wear, or long-storage maintenance is not performed, or after long-storage, the machine is re-used without precautions and checks, or the machine failure cannot be proven to be related to either workmanship or material defects. It is clear that the distributor will carry out a preliminary evaluation to see if any of the above will have occurred.
  • Cattlekit reserves the right to make, at any time, product improvements without any obligations to incorporate such changes in machines previously delivered.
  • Cattlekit warranty is strictly limited to replacing, or alternatively, to repairing any defective part. It excludes any other responsibility and liability whatsoever for expenses personal injuries and material damages, and direct losses to the user while the machine, or other equipment fitted with the machine, is in service or totally or partially out commission.
